Currently the property is boat access or a technical hike in. There is a small dilapidated cabin that has no monetary value but is a footprint to work with. There currently is no road to this property, it is not a drive by. There is two or more building sites with a nice view of Gambier Island and Lions Bay.
What We Need & What You Get
First, to purchase the property, secondly to construct a yurt, which is a round, Mongolian, hard shelled tent structure, which is suitable for year round living - kind of a cool concept - Im going to build it from scratch myself
